1. About the service

Pharma Global Pricing (accessible at pharmaglobalprice.com, hereafter "Service") is a professional research tool that consolidates and displays medicine prices published by regulatory agencies and official sources around the world (Anvisa/CMED, FDA, EMA, NHS, PBS, MHLW, NPPA, COFEPRIS, among others). The Service does not sell, broker or recommend medicines — it merely centralizes public information for international reference comparison.

2. Registration and eligibility

To use the Service the user must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid email. Registration is intended for professionals and companies in the pharmaceutical, hospital, legal, regulatory and academic sectors. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under their account.

3. Tokens and billing

Each search consumes 1 token. Tokens are purchased in pre-paid packages via Stripe or Mercado Pago. There is no recurring subscription — billing is one-off per purchase. Tokens have no expiry date and can be used at any time. Paid searches automatically enable price monitoring for 30 days (email alerts when the minimum price in any country varies by ≥ 2%).

If a search fails on every source (zero valid responses), the token is refunded automatically. Refund requests for partially successful searches should be sent to [email protected] and are reviewed case by case.

4. Acceptable use

The user is not permitted to:

• Automate searches via bots, scripts or unauthorized scrapers;
• Resell, redistribute or publicly expose returned data without clear attribution to the official source;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to bypass the Service's technical limits;
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes, including acquisition or recommendation of medicines without medical prescription.

5. Important disclaimers

• Not medical advice. The Service is informational only. Decisions about prescription, purchase or substitution of medicines must be made by a qualified professional.
• Data may be outdated. Caches of up to 24h are used to reduce load on the sources; always confirm critical values on the official site of the referenced agency.
• Currency conversions use exchange rates of the day pulled from public sources and are reference-only.
• Availability. Some sources may be temporarily unavailable; in those cases the result is marked as missing and no fictitious data is shown.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pharma Global Pricing is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of commercial opportunity or business decisions made based on the data displayed. The aggregate liability of the Service for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months prior to the event.

7. Intellectual property

The source code, design, brand and architecture of the Service belong to the site operator. Pricing data belongs to the respective regulatory agencies and is always shown with the source clearly identified.

8. Account closure

The user may close their account at any time via [email protected]. The Service may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice when possible. Unused tokens are not refunded in case of closure due to violation of these terms.

9. Changes

These terms may be revised; active users will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance for materially relevant changes. Continued use after the effective date implies acceptance.

10. Jurisdiction and governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The forum of the operator's domicile is elected to settle disputes, except for consumer rights to choose their own forum where applicable.
